Kansas City Star Quilts has designed an Autoship Program to awards its loyal customers for their patronage. The following are the terms and conditions of the Kansas City Star Quilts Autoship Program.

OUR OBLIGATION:

• We will never ship you anything without first alerting you via email.
• We will be upfront in telling you how many books we expect to publish in a year - we will publish 12 books in 2007 and 18 books in 2008, with roughly half the books shipping each spring and half each fall.
• We will allow any shop to cancel its Autoship status at any time.

YOUR SPECIFICATIONS:

• As a shop, your minimum order quantity is three copies per title.
• You may refuse ONE title per three shipped.
• Should you refuse more than one title per three, your discount will drop back to the standard 40 percent.
• Your discount will resume on the next autoshipment, assuming you don’t refuse more than one title per three offered.

QUILT SHOP TERMS OF SALE:

Our quilt-shop clients are our most valuable customers. We fully support the independent quilt shop; it is our policy to not sell to chain stores.

Discounts: Our standard discount to quilt shops is 40% off the retail price. Autoship orders, though, qualify for a discount of 50%.

Shipping: Shipping is FREE on Autoship orders and any orders of 12 books or more to shops within the United States. Shops pay shipping on all other orders. Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground, but we can arrange expedited shipping through other means, including Federal Express, at the shop's expense. Canadian orders are shipped surface mail. International orders are shipped by surface mail or by International Mail Bag. Free shipping offer only applies to domestic orders.

Returns: Our books are nonreturnable except for books that are damaged in transit to the shop, or are defective in manufacture.
